If you live or work near one of the seven Mattel Toy Stores and prefer shopping in-store for your purchase, please call 310-252-6880 and the Charity Sales Manager will connect you directly to the Store Manager that is nearest your location.   You will then set an appointment for your private shopping date in the store, and will be granted the charity discount at that time. Please bring this Customer Update form to your appointment.  Inventory in the stores changes frequently and the same items cannot be guaranteed available in all of the stores.
